So Much In Store November message from 2008 EBCA President Kelly Sullivan I missed getting my ‘fix’ in seeing the EBCA group last month! I hear that future President, Ray Depa handled things nicely in my absence though. Thanks, Ray!!! What is in store for us??? First, we have a fun FRIDAY lunch this month at the Oasis Grille in Pleasanton! The food is spectacular at The Oasis and Omar, the owner, is actually closing the restaurant to other patrons so we have our run of the place! Please make an effort to come out, you won’t be disappointed! Purchase tickets now We have a full day on NOVEMBER 14th; with Bob Gundert, from Borton Petrini speaking on Experts. He spoke previously at the CCCA and was very captivating and well-received. We also have formal elections for Officers and Board Members for the 2009 EBCA, and last, but not least, an afternoon of wine tasting in Livermore! We have a Limo-Bus scheduled to pick us up at The Oasis and 4 stops at Livermore wineries. Thanks to Lisa Schwichtenberg of Belfor for coordinating our afternoon and thanks to Frances Hewitt of Allegra, for hooking us up with The Oasis! For those interested, the afternoon wine taste is $25/per person and covers your transportation and tasting fees.
