Attorney Sallander addresses Construction Claims at October EBCA

Claims revolving around construction issues, and where to place the liability for errors, defects, and poor workmanship specifically. Addressing these issues directly at the October 14, 2009 EBCA luncheon meeting was attorney Robert L. Sallander, Jr., of Greenan, Peffer, Sallander & Lally, LLP.

EBCA Secretary JoAnn Dean then announced the upcoming EBCA Christmas Party, Friday, December 4, 2009, at the Radisson Hotel Dublin. In addition to holiday season festivities, EBCA members are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped, gift for the Bay Area Crisis Nursery. See wish list

EBCA Treasurer Kim Tamayo also announced last minute plans for the EBCA Halloween theme Celebration Cruise on the Bay, led by Special Events Chair Tom Mazza, of Ideal Restoration.
