Poza Fills-in for Glaspy on Construction Defect at February EBCA

Guest speaker Carlos Poza filled in famously for his boss, scheduled speaker, Mary Kay Glaspy. Mr. Poza gave a very well informed dissertation on the state of Construction Defect litigation at the February 13, 2008 luncheon. The February 13, 2008 EBCA luncheon meeting had a full house, with some 80 people in attendance. It was all the group could do to fit into the scaled-down room Zio's provided, due to holiday crowds, mostly.

A Big EBCA thanks to Kim MacFarlane, of PW Stephens, for providing such delightfully festive table-top center pieces.	Alicia Dias of Restoration Management Company, and Ed Melgoza, of Mark Scott Construction were among those in attendance.	Ed Melgoza only has eyes for his Valentine.	Carlos Poza, of Glaspy & Glaspy, explains the change in rules to Construction Defect claims.
