Membership in East Bay Claims Association shall be open to the following categories:
Insurance Company Claims Adjusters, Independent Claims Adjusters, Insurance Defense Attorneys, and Associate members. Associate Members include claims industry service providers. The Board of Directors shall review each membership application received for approval, insuring the above criteria have been met. East Bay Claims Association does not consider public adjusters and plaintiffs attorneys to be claims service providers and therefore they do not meet the aforementioned eligibility criteria.
